Great hotel! It was close to everything in Queenstown (just a short stroll)... I had read other reviews on the net about this place and people had complained about it being on top of a hill... They must have been unfit, all it is is a short incline, and after a few drinks you don't even notice that! Friendly staff and excellent room service made our stay all the more enjoyable (we left our dishes on the sink ready to wash before a day of snowboarding - on returning we found them done and returned to the cupboard... something we didnt expect!). Great place at a great price! Highly recommended! I'll be returning next year!

Easy access into the City and very good amenities. Definitely worth the money. A very comfortable stay with very friendly staff.
