I've asked you to provide praying mat (sejadah) but you haven't prepare for it. The floor carpet in the room 206 that I've stayed on 1st April 2006 that day if possible has to be changed or else should be mopped and vacuum properly. Other facilities in the room are excellent.

Average good. TV reception poor, need to be improve.

However, I was given a room with 2 single bed. Understood that I've requested for a big bed, I requested again for changing a bed without informed the difference of the rate. I've to pay RM140.00 during check-out. They should ask first if there is a difference in in the rate. The room was fairly good.
