the hotel is a bit rundown..that's why i gave ambience a "2"... the hand basin pipe leaked...and there was not pipe faucet for the water closet unit...otherwise, the room was good...

The lobby has no air-con when we went in. The carpet in the rooms are dirty, the bath towels are very old. There was a dead cockroach in the bathtub. They have very few items for breakfast. The buiding needs a new coat of paint.

The location of the hotel doesn't allow much view to the water (beach) but anyway we have our own water view that is the swimming pool. I've asked you to provide praying mat (sejadah) but you haven't prepare for it. The floor carpet in the room 206 that I've stayed on 1st April 2006 that day if possible has to be changed or else should be mopped and vacuum properly. Other facilities in the room are excellent.

Good location but building require to upgrade, if possible. Average good. TV reception poor, need to be improve.

tv reception was very poor and would like to suggest that the hotel consider subscribing to Astro so that the hotel guest would be able to watch some tv during their spare time. had requested for a twin bed but was provided with 3 single bed making the room a little too congested.

No time to make use of facilities only overnight stop. Carpets were shabby and past their best. Sheets had hair on them. Breakfast limited choice. Poor overall

On the net, it was stated that price was RM118.00 net with a big bed. However, I was given a room with 2 single bed. Understood that I've requested for a big bed, I requested again for changing a bed without informed the difference of the rate. I've to pay RM140.00 during check-out. They should ask first if there is a difference in in the rate. The room was fairly good.
