Hotel facilities were excellent, the room/ toilet are very clean. The children pool is quite big and my kids are really enjoy stay at this hotel.

I request to change my room from 2nd floor to the M floor, nearby pool side. The hotel manager & staff were very helpful to fulfill my request.

It is located at town area where all facilities are at walking distance. The price is very competitive with breakfast provided for two person. The room is reasonably big. However, cleanliness is poor at parking area.

Car park had little signage to point to the lobby so had to roam around before finding it. But room was clean and spick and span. For the rate charged, it is rather value for money. Location in relation to main Lumut area was very good ..... walking distance to food and souvenir shops.
