Negative 1)breakfast menu is not much choice and not compatible with price,adult rm12,child rm6 2)walls of the hotel looks very ill [I think this complaint has been told many times in the comments of other customers, but no action was taken] Positive 1)convenient parking place 2)have water pool for play with family 3)The strategic location of the hotel 4)hotel staff was friendly and helpful

Good location . . . near the town . Staff at counter were helpful .

few notes: 1. Front Desk staff not friendly 2. Breakfast not enough 3. Bedsheet seemed like recycled from previous occupants 4. It's time to replace the old brown comforter to a new one. 5. Hotel building in dire needs of new paint. Very unpleasant view from outside!

Staff members were courteous and helpful.Alex was particularly friendly and helpful and answered all questions politely. The location of hotel is good - not too near nor too far from jetty. Breakfast served was acceptable. External appearance gives a bad image of hotel although internally it was in reasonable condition. External walls need new paint badly. Will stay in this hotel on next visit to Lumut. C. Natkunasingam.

Satu pelaburan yang membawa pulangan yang cukup baik. Ruang bilik yang cukup luas dan selesa amat berbaloi dengan wang yang dilaburkan... Cukup Privasi, suasana kondusif, panorama yang cukup indah menghadap laut.... Saya akan berurusan lagi dengan Holiday City untuk percutian akan datang... Terima kasih.

The hotel location is the main attraction very convenient location you just can walk about 10 minutes to Lumut jetty, surrounding with a lot of shop and restaurant. Hotel facilities were excellent, the room/ toilet are very clean. The children pool is quite big and my kids are really enjoy stay at this hotel.

The staff were very helpful. I request to change my room from 2nd floor to the M floor, nearby pool side. The hotel manager & staff were very helpful to fulfill my request.

This hotel is perfect for a family vacation. It is located at town area where all facilities are at walking distance.
The price is very competitive with breakfast provided for two person.
The room is reasonably big. However, cleanliness is poor at parking area.

Hotel was quite run down externally. Car park had little signage to point to the lobby so had to roam around before finding it. But room was clean and spick and span. For the rate charged, it is rather value for money. Location in relation to main Lumut area was very good ..... walking distance to food and souvenir shops.

Since it's located at the back of the condo, perhaps a more prominent sign would be helpful for first timers. Perhaps adding a box of tissue, extra plug point.
