The other hotel was newer, better condition, larger room & cheaper with the deal I found. However this was good for 1 night & still the best price I found for the area for that day which was a Thursday. The location was excellent, easy to get to anywhere. Easy to Covent Garden on foot. Frequent buses but do avoid them in rush hours. Beds were very comfortable & the room, though very small, was very clean except for the shower & windows, mainly because they were old I suppose. The water didn't run away very well & the shower all but overflowed. As we didn't spend any time at the hotel I am unable to comment on other facilities but the staff were friendly & helpful.

Can you imagin poor service at buffet breakfast? they managed it--half the time, the food choices were not there! I think the price for this was extremely excessive even by british standards, I have had better rooms in one star US hotels for 30 bucks per night.
