The people managing the hotel were very helpful and made us feel at home. Breakfast was very nice. The room was comfortable with a nice bathroom.

A small but very nice hotel, only 5 minutes walk from Baker Street Underground and Madame Tussaud wax museum. Excelent breakfast. It was a pleasure that the room was nice and clean with a very clean and nice large bathroom, and the TV was flatscreen with a large list of channels. free coffee/tea at the room.

No "real" triple room. One bed used only to accomodate the luggages (for 2 people)

Charming staff - one of the best small hotels in central London, that I've ever experienced. I plan to return. Had wished for a bath, but shower was great once I'd worked out how to alter the heat.

Situated in a quiet side street with excellent transport links within a few hundred yards. Lovely decor, friendly staff and buffet breakfast were all to a high standard. Location was excellent as Baker street subway was a short walk from the hotel. My family and I were delighted with the room. It was beautfully furnished with all the facilities we needed ie television, telephone, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer. The en-suite had both bath and shower and were spotlessly clean. Soft white towels were supplied as were some toiletries.

The location of the hotel is great for both travel and shopping. The staff were superb and nothing was a bother to them. Excellent selection at breakfast and very attentive staff.We will be back and have recommended the hotel to our friends. One has already booked! The room was adequate for the length of our stay if you were staying any longer extra hanging space for clothes would be great.

Poor communication from the owners of this hotel, no prior notice of refurbishment! The Hotel was being refurbished and there was no room available for us, which we did not find out about until our arrival!
