good enough room for a single, nice and quiet, could come and go as i liked which was good.

The pice was very reasonable and it is located in a quiuet yet central area with easy access to tubes. It was fine for what we paid for it. The interior decor was a bit old-fashioned and the bathroom was small but this didn't really bother me.

Acceptable for the price but if we stayed again would pay for a better room.

Included breakfast would be nice!

The hairdryer and coffee/tea/boiler provided are an advantage.

Location is excellent, Shops, Hyde Park and 2x Tube stations are within 5 minutes. Bar is supposed to be Air Conditioned but generally wasn't switched on and very smokey because of this. We were upgraded to an executive suite but with 2 single beds, they showed us the standard room (closet with bed) so we kept it. Bed is very soft, no support. Tiling leaves a bit to be desired but minor when the rest of the room was spacious and the window that worked opened wide enough to get air in with the lack of A/C.

We had to listed to the loud air conditioner outside our room all night, but we didn't have it ourselves. Facilities are very old. Facuet drips, and toilet took 10 minutes to refill with a grinding noise. This was by far the worst of the 5 hotels on our trip. According to your website, the rooms had airconditing, but our room did not."Q5. Are your hotel rooms air-conditioned?

Stylish, with good service. Room is not air-conditioned, but opening the window was sufficient.

Perfect location. The hotel has everything you need. I would stay here again definitely as it was reasonably priced. I found that the room was a little bit dusty.

This was our second time staying in this hotel. Our first visit was more comfortable and enjoyable Requested a double room in booking form but no mention was made of this when checking in

Great hotel, will be back again, just a pity that it's a ten minute walk to the tube. Bathroom was spotless, shower warm and high pressure, but we didn't get the one big bed we wanted, just two singles.

The room was clean enaugh but maybe it was too small. Anyway I think the room size was adequate to its price.

TV should be replaced with remote control type.
