We were out most of the time and the Hotel served the purpose that it was required ie, Bed and a reasonably clean environment. Service could have been friendlier and more efficient. We had a room with the Harbour View. It was also nice to see the skyline of Hong Kong. Room size is comfortable, good for a couple with one child as there is the pull out bed. Although Housekeeping could have done a better job at cleaning the room/bathroom.

Thank goodness the hotel provides free shuttle service to the nearest MTR and to the airport express station. However, it would be useful to future travellers to have the shuttle schedule available before leaving for HK. The size of the room is too small for comfort.

It is missleading to claim it as Harbour View as it was given at 4th floor and can hardly seen the harbour at all!
