The hotel staff were very polite and spoke English.The food served in the restaurant was very good. We stayed in a standard room and found it a little smaller than expected but as we were only staying 2 nights it was no problem, the room had its own kettele and tea and coffee making facilities and a mini bar. I also enjoyed the free shuttle service which was running between the hotel and shopping center and airport express station.

As ever Bishop Lei International house provided an efficient, courteous service. Location is good beside the escalator in mid levels and from a value for money point of view is hard to beat. This is consistent with my experiences over the last 5 years here...no drop in standards.

The Bishop Lei was excellent, great friendly staff, reasonably priced & close to all the bars & shops of Soho! Would highly recommend it!

Location is excellent

It was my first visit to Hongkong with my family. I'm very glad and thankful that I was able to booked our accommodation with Bishop Lei International House Hongkong. The staff pleasantly greeted us and assisted us... The room size is enough for us and it is always clean.... I will recommend this hotel as well as the holiday city to my friends who are f=planning to travel not only in Hongkong as well as to other places...Keep it up!

The hotel isn't top quality, but the location is in quite a quirky spot. It is close to bars and restaurants. We only stayed a night and it was basically a place to sleep in because the room was quite small. In general, it wasn't a bad experience.

The room was very small, but I think most rooms in Hong Kong are.

Good Value for Money. It would have been great if there were some shops in that area Carpets need to be changed

Good location and value for the money. We were out most of the time and the Hotel served the purpose that it was required ie, Bed and a reasonably clean environment. Service could have been friendlier and more efficient. We had a room with the Harbour View. It was also nice to see the skyline of Hong Kong. Room size is comfortable, good for a couple with one child as there is the pull out bed. Although Housekeeping could have done a better job at cleaning the room/bathroom.

The view is quite nice but the walk to the nearest MTR is rather far. Thank goodness the hotel provides free shuttle service to the nearest MTR and to the airport express station. However, it would be useful to future travellers to have the shuttle schedule available before leaving for HK. The size of the room is too small for comfort.

The hotel was at the middle of building maintenance (facelift/painting or outer wall etc) that cause inconvenient to customer, its only fair if such info would be available on the web when customer choosing the hotel. It is missleading to claim it as Harbour View as it was given at 4th floor and can hardly seen the harbour at all!
