a. Transport - for guests to move around with ease, if the ... hotel can provide advice and guidance available on this will be very beneficial to the guests.
b. Kitchen facilities - we noticed there is no instruction on use of kitchen facilities such as oven. Some features were not working and we were not familiar how to make it work.
c. Telephone connection to customer service desk - having this available will help us to reach the support for services if needed. We were concerned should something happened, we still need to run across the road to reach the customer service office.
on the whole, it was a good and pleasant place to stay and would like to thank the customer service staff for their professionalism as well.
