Bintan Ferry Rates & Schedules
Bintan Resorts is only 45 minutes away from
Singapore by Ferry.
Ferry to Bintan transfer is not included in the
Rates. For Bintan ferry bookings, please call Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal
at Tel: +65 6542-4369 or Bintan Resort Ferries Pte Ltd at
Tel: +65 6294-6008. You can collect the ferry tickets at the
ferry terminal at least one hour before your departure time.
Ferry Rates Inclusive of Fuel Surcharge
Please be informed that a
fuel surcharge of SGD 3.00 per person (including of
children and infants) will be introduced on all Bintan
Resort Ferry
(BRF) 2-way tickets. For a 1-way ticket the
Fuel surcharge will
be SGD 1.50 per person. This
fuel surcharge will
apply to all new bookings, amendments and change of departure
date, effective 1 August 2005.

- Public Holiday schedule will not be applied if it falls on a
Friday
- Additional trips may be scheduled for Peak Holiday Season.
- Passengers are advised to check in and collect boarding passes
at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal #01-21 BRF Check-in counter at least
1 and a half hours before departure time. BRF reserves the right
to cancel booking if boarding pass is not collected 40 minutes before
departure.
- For departure from Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal (Bintan
Resort), passengers are required to re-confirm their return trip
and collect boarding passes at least 2 hours before departure. BRF
reserves the right to cancel confirmed bookings if passengers check-in
later than 45 minutes from departure.
- Important Documents Required for Immigration Clearance
- International Passport
- VISA, if required.
- Embarkation Card
- Boarding Pass
- From Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Please collect boarding
pass 30 mins before departure, otherwise reserved seats will be
forfeited.
- From Bandar Bentan Terminal, Please collect boarding
pass 2 hours before departure, otherwise reserved seats will be
forfeited.
- Credit card details are required at the time of booking to secure
reservation. Guest's credit card will immediately be charged
in FULL and in SGD currency
at the prevailing rate by HolidayCity, upon confirmation.
