Rooms very cold and a bit 'clamy' or damp smelling at times - probably due to the concrete building.

The bed was two singles pushed together which kept splitting in two. We would have appreciated a double bed.

Just a recommendation - would like to see a warning sign on the beach re the tar. After walking along the waterfront we discovered we had tar over our feet and shoes (v difficult to remove particularly from shoes which I ended up throwing away). While the main beach area was ok - would have been good to have signage further along the beach as a warning.

Prices are quoted in S$ and relative to Rup, it should be made more affordable. I personally feel that the food is far too expensive.

We had to call to have the cot delivered to our room even though this had been requested when we booked.

For a large resort I thought it was excellent. Thank you. I always find the air conditioning very cold in tropical countries. I switched it off but it still seemed to very cold so I turned it to the warmest setting and it was okay.

During our spa visit, there was a company holding their team-building retreat. The experience was very noisy which was a disappointment esp. at the spa visit.

Love the buggy. Wished we had two buggies since the villa can accommodate so many people but the buggy could only take 4. It was a waste of time when we had to go back and forth twice evertime we want to go anywhere.

Had stay in this Hotel many times, services is still there. One very bad experience, on the last day, before we check out, someone came into the villa while we are out. The person took some Money from one of the wallet, not all the money, just half of them, we knew someone had come in as thing are not in thier original place, but did not know the money was stolen until after we check out. We did not make a report. Beside the Master bedroom, the rest of the room a litter small.

If families arrive in what you call the 'low' season, drop your prices. Nothing but the main restuarant was open for us during our visit. Also, why not have a happy hour. The group who came along each night to sing were very much entertaining themselves. Drop the prices in the foyer bar to attract a few people in the early evening. Also, recognise that if we have young families, booking facilities like pool for one hour is a waste of money. My kids are not attracted by that game for that length of time.

Wee located with good amenities and facilities. When I checked out I signed a billing voucher for S$1,232.76 but my credit card statement shows a charge of S$1,321.34. How you do your subsequent billing ie rupiahs, etc is no my business, but the fact remains that all charges were in Singapore Dollars and I paid in Singapore Dollars. So can someone explain why this discrepancy. Value for money & very comfortable
