After being asked, the salesgirl assured me that it would definately be crispy but when i got to my room and open it, the cuttlefish was all soft. Feeling cheated, I went back to the store to complaint but the girl said she couldnt do anything and that I couldnt get a refund or change to something else as her manager was out. I was asked to come back later after 2 hours which I did. The lady manager attended to me but was clearly indifferent towards to complaint. She even said the cuttlefish was supposed to be like that but I insisted that I have eaten that a few times and they were crispy. I made her open a few more and they were all soft. I told her the smaller can sounds crispy when the can is shaken and when she opened one, the cuttlefish was really crispy and I was happy and contented that I have proven to her whatever I said was true. She was just caught dumd founded. I also told her that they badly need to smile and be more friendly, the fact that they are in the service industry. It was a bad experience afterall.

We should have been informed at the time of booking, that the children couldnt be accomadated in the room with us as i specified. We would ahve gone somewhere else.There was little effort to introduce us to any of the beach activities and when we enqiured there was always an excuse as to why we couldnt do a beach activity. Obviously this resort cater for coulpes and not children and needs to state this on the website. We would have had more fun somewhere else.
