Hotel is good but food and beverage is too expensive, and located in areas where no outside food is available for purchase. It looks pretty grand on web page but unfortunately it is not up to expectation set by web page photos. I think they need to change those bed sheet to better quality ones. and air-conditioner is not working properly.

The hotel was a little tired - but of a generally good standard Maid service was ok but not spectacular they didnt tidy up just changed the beds.

I thought there was a variety of amenities and being there with the children we particularly enjoyed the elephant rides. Did get bitten by sandflies on the beach! We particularly enjoyed the spaciousness and the extra sitting mat/area in front of the window. It would have been good to be provided with mosquito coils as we could not sit long on the balcony without being bitten.

We stayed at the Angsoka Villas. Quite disappointed that the masters did not have a king bed.

The hotel is in dire need of normal mainenence. The grounds are poorly kept,and unattended. The furniture and fixtures are old and poory maintained. The restaurants ar expensive and the food is poor. We ate atthe grill restaurant and even after asking for expanation of the pricing the bill was inflated. For a suite romm the amenities were rudamentary. The furniture old.

Very expensive for what one 3expects looking at the website very bad smell (insect spray)

The action of the hotel was not prompt when we asked the reception to replace the room key. The card keys ( we received 2 ) didnt work well ( it was rather ok in the beginning and soon became bad ) which created the waistful time for us waiting outside the door.

Need Renovation of room

Your resort is far away from the other attractions in the island, the transportation is not really convenience or reasonable. All charges for meal and activity are unexpectedly HIGH!!

We were dissappointed by the quality of the restaurants and food, particularly the buffet breakfast.
