We were taken aback. Service is very good but cleanliness and hygiene are also important. Floor feels sticky. Not sure if the housekeeper mop the floor because we take off our shoes once entering the room.

Almost everything in the room was wonderful. We got our welcome fruit basket a day late, but it was alright. It would be great if we have more hangers, though. We were glad to find Euro Fixtures in the room, but unfortunately, the tv did not have ESPN-Sports, so the fixtures were of no use as we could not watch the games.
