Helpful and serviceminded personal. No possibility to sit in the rooms only 2 chairs on the balcony. Food excelent in the beachrestaurant and breakfast, but media in others. Very big area in the resort making it diffecult to overview. Lot of facilities. A good alternative but expensive.

Eveythinh was ok except the spa...they charge ridiculous price for scrub and massage. At nite we went to the karaoke inthe hotel...and the karaoke room had so many faults and pls check first because they charge like 60sing dolllar for one hour for bad service and microphone and sound system. Another thing that happened that we forget and left something inside the polo shop the next day we never found because the hotel staff said they never found it. Be very careful with your things.

Hotel Staff - very friendly and courteous Pool facilities were excellent Beach area was excellent but under utilised which seemed deliberate , Food - breakfast was excellent Evening Buffet was good and themed each night which was a good idea . The downside was the costs , Bar areas were overpriced which actually prevented their regular use Overall if Bar prices and Food was reduced in cost by 25% it would probably result in higher overall revenue . If we returned to Bintan Lagoon we would most certainly take with us a supply of soft drinks and snacks to avoid the necessity of using the Bar areas.

The staff were great! Service was awesome...very helpful and sincere people who always served with a smile. The view is great. However, one drawback is the pricing of the food. Very expensive food-not worth it.

Staffs are helpful and always attentive. very helpful and room is clean. Hotel location is further away from the crowd, good for tourist who prefer quieter beach. Food portion were huge and expensive but everywhere in bintan is expensive. slight inconvenience if one wishes to get out and around the hotel as they do not offer many free shuttle services. but if there for a short stay then dont see much need to get out of the hotel.

Staffs are polite and the services are nice and prompt. However the check-in time is too strict, not that flexible. The environment of the hotel is very nice. I like the beach very much. Food for breakfast is just normal.

Bintan Resort Hotel is a good place for both couples and families. It is also a good honeymoon venue as well as a nice and beautiful place for taking wedding photos. There are plenty of water sports to choose from and the beach is good for both swimmming and sunbathing.

All the staff were very friendly and always gives a warmth smile to their guests.There was an instance that we locked our room and me and my sis were outside , the staff approached and asked what happened.He immediately rectify the issue by calling a colleague to help. It was cool to stay in a plce where there is a good and wartmth ambience not only from the atmosphere itself but from the people around us. Keep it up ! :)

We loved this hotel. The room was extremely quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was also very modern and nice. The pool area was great and lots to do for kids in the Leisure Centre. I would say the kids club is more for children under the age of 6 though. We had a really great time and left feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. We have only good things to say about this hotel.

Three times now i visited this hotel. Located in a beautiful surrounding I could relax from the daily work stress. I always come back to this location when I visit my partner in Singapore. We have very memerable moments here. Thanks to all the people involved making this hotel to one of my favourites around the world.

We went over to Bintan for a few days whilst visiting Singapore. The hotel bus collected us from the ferry terminal and was very efficient. The hotel is in an isolated location and we spent our whole time in the hotel complex, but this was fine as we wanted a few days away from hussle and bustle! Our room was very well appointed and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally attentive and the restaurant service was good. The value for money was excellent. Whilst we were there some rooms were being updated but this did not interfere with our stay as we were located away from the work. The pool area is nice, quiet and relaxing.

Myself, my wife and 4 year old daughter stayed for 3 nights in August. The room was large and clean and the housekeeping staff efficient. Facilities on the resort were good for adults but they should have a playground for youger children. Swimming pool was fine and the beach clean. Restaurants were good with plenty of choice and the room service was quick and efficient. All too soon it was time to go but for sure I would recommend this resort.

Great for relaxation. Staff were friendly and excellent in service. Facilities for rental is a bit on the high but recreation club facilities were good enough for entertainment. Buggy usage was quite a novelty and thoughtful arrangement for villa guests to travel around the areas.
