I stayed at the Harris Resort hotel as I was booked only in the Harris Resort Hotel. The breakfast was not as I expected as there was not much varieties and should have included local dish eg. nasi lemak and more cakes and desserts for breakfast.

  • Return ferry tickets: Singapore - Batam - Singapore

  • 10% service charge and 11% government tax

Rates Excludes:-

  • SGD7 per person for Batam Centre terminal ferry fee upon departure from Batam.

  • Compulsory Dinner at SGD50 per adult and SGD25 per child aged 6-12 on 24 & 31 Dec 2012. Other dates at SGD35 per adult and SGD18 per child aged 6-12.

  • Validity: 15 March ~ 31 December 2012. Rates are subject to change without prior notice

  • Payment: Full payment will be charged upon booking confirmation. Check-in must be by original voucher and ferry tickets

  • Cancellation: Cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival local time to avoid the cancellation charges of full payment. However, once ferry ticket is issued, all payment made is non-refundable

  • No Show: The credit card will be debited the rate of full payment.

  • Child Policy: (a) Child under 12 years stay for free when using existing bedding (b) Maximum 2 children in a room sharing with adults (c) Breakfast is chargeable SGD5 per child aged 6-12 without an extra bed

  • Extra bed: Maximum 1 extra bed in the room
