- only one socket available in the bathroom, had to bring the kettle to the bathroom for boiling water. very inconvenient, cannot charge my camera/handphone except in the bathroom. - bed is too small, other hotels provide super single size. - room looks old, cupboard doors are squeaky and feels "eerie" - wireless connection in the room is very bad - Only good thing is that the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the english speaking ones. - only the lobby looks good

Hotel location is good for those with only 1 day to spare in Macau, walking distance to main city avenue. Stayed during the peak season of Golden Week holiday and find the rates very high or poor value for money. Same rate could get better accommodation during off peak season, I supposed. Compared to our stay in Guangzhou 3 days earlier the rates offered is very poor for the standard, quality and services offered. The bed covering was stained.

We found the staff great,the location was very handy and we could walk to everything. We did however find that the hotel is badly in need of redecorating. The room we had was supposed to be a deluxe!!! If thats the case I wouldn't like to have seen the regular rooms. Although we had no hot water when we first arrived they very quickly fixed it for us. Despite the rooms being badly in need of renovation we would stay there again as long as the price wasn't anymore than what we paid. The reason being the friendliness of the staff and the location. Good, polite staff - terrible breakfast. Grubby - needed a good paint. none of the lights worked properly either.
