The staff here was more than helpful, very courteous and friendly. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. Our budget was limited and felt we got excellent value.

UPON ARRIVAL WE WERE GREETED BY A VERY HELPFUL
FRIENDLY LADY. THE HOTEL HAD PLENTY FOR THE KIDS
TO DO AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. WHILE THEY WERE OFF PLAYING PUT PUT GOLF WE HAD OUR OWN PRIVATE
SPA WHICH OVER LOOKED A BEAUTIFYL RUNNING CREEK THAT HAD DUCKS AND FISH IN IT. THE HOTEL
WAS JUST FAR ENOUGH AWAY FROM THE SMELL OF
ROTORUA BUT CLOSE ENOUGH TO BE PICKED UP FOR
ENTERTAINMENT SHOWS.

Enjoyable Stay at Rotorua

The staff suggested an itinerary for our brief stay.

It included places to go and where to dine.

We managed to do everything that was suggested.

Having a small kitchen in the room enabled us to prepare our own breakfasts which was an advantage.

The hotel was quite close to the city centre and also to several tourist attractions.

I WAS AMAZED AT THE WONDERFUL STAFF. EVERYONE WAS POLITE AND HELPFUL. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND NEAT AND COMFORTABLE. IN GENERAL I THOUGHT IT WAS ONE OF THE COZIEST PLACES I HAVE STAYED IN.
