But the hotel only provide tickets for one entry only, felt cheated.Not about money about priciple nice hotel

No wastepaper basket in one room. The one in the kitchenette is broken. No amenities in the kitchenette. No satellite TV.

Also lacks a real F&B outlet. Quality of breakfast could be better. Hotel staff however are courteous and friendly. While there is a kitchenette, it lacks equipment like a microwave oven?
