My first time encounter at the front desk was a bit disappointing. As my booking stated my requirement rooms with same floor and close by. The initial response was that such requirement was not indicated. However, the frontdesk staff managed to change to two family suite with enclosed two bedrooms. This fully suited my requirement. Ending with a very happy stay. One of the suite has problem with the A/C where the A/C were not functioning as expected, i.e not cold even though temperature set at 10degree. Being in a suite, there was also a pantry area which only provide with tea/coffee facility. I would had expected some plates and spoon/forks for own snacks etc.

Its in good condition but one thing for sure is that the location of the front desk lobby to the room which I stay in the Tower B is quite far and I have take a long way in order to the room which I stay.Hopo to have the shorter way to make us more convienence and a wonderful stay.

Check in counter was small and messy. Took very long time to wait and complete room registration due to so-called computer break-down as usual excuse. Not satisfy at all since this is self-rated five stars hotel.

The location is very strategic. The room is big enough and I and my family like it very much.

great stay but should provide 2 check out point as the distance is far to the lobby. no kiblat sign in the room. requested 3 times. none of the room service and technician know too.

Infomap of hotel vacinity would help visitors to plan their walk around the hotel area. No extra pillows. Newspaper delivery not consistent.

Had an uncomfortable time convincing hotel that complimentary tickets was not delivered to room as indicated by hotel staff. Case of whose mistake it was. Maybe could implement an acknowledgement system whereby guests sign for receipt of complimentary tickets etc Suite not fully operational yet. Most items on list not found or not ready.

The services are not efficent. The suites are very excellent. We are very please with it. excepts the services are not efficient enough. One of the air-con not working in one of the suite. we have to shift to another room. very incovenient...

I do not call this 5 star hotel service. the service is way below expected standard. air-con did not work the 1st night. It was worst than a sauna. Next day they changed the room. However, I am upset I had to pay for 1st night. It should have been FOC.

kitchen should not be left empty. instead basic utensils (i.e plate, dishwashing liquid)should be provided.

it is just NICE one. I like it. i like mostly in your rooms that they are spacious and complete. i just have one thing to say that you add some utilitties,e.g. microwave so that the parent can warm up some meal for the kids.

Since there're two families, the price for the double rooms suite is ok. But not for the single room suit. It's quite expensive. And also, the hotel should provide another 2 free breakfast for adults for the double rooms. Do take note of this. Anyway I love to stay here because the LRT station is just outside the hotel, easier for us to get around. And also the swimming pool is great. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. The apartment is clean and spacious. We enjoyed the views from our 32nd floor where the trains passing by and the faraway mountains.

Although it was mentioned that there is indoor spa, there wasn't one available. Water is too cold in the swimming pool, can it be improve with thermo-control to adjust the water temperature? The bed and sheets were excellent!. But the expected size for a suite is below standard because it was overall cramp in terms of space design. Majority of the room space was taken up by the passage way from the door leading to the sitting room. There isn't much interconnection between bedroom and this area.

when we booked the hotel through internet, it was mentioned that the tickets to the theme park were for the entire stay of 3days/2nites. But the hotel only provide tickets for one entry only, felt cheated.Not about money about priciple nice hotel

A number of times one couldn't open the main door to the room. No wastepaper basket in one room. The one in the kitchenette is broken. No amenities in the kitchenette. No satellite TV.

Would be nice if there is a spa with massage services in the hotel. Also lacks a real F&B outlet. Quality of breakfast could be better. Hotel staff however are courteous and friendly. While there is a kitchenette, it lacks equipment like a microwave oven?
