Berjaya Hotel - "little bang for your buck"

while the staff was friendly and helpful and the location OK ... the amenities (were not) .... at the cost of the room .. breakfast for 2 and FREE wi-fi was expected along with parking ... but ... regretfully ... was not the case at all !

To whom it may concern,
We have decided not to stay at your hotel on our return trip for two nights from the 21st and 22nd of Sept. There are three adults in our party and we requested a room with three beds. What we got was a King size bed and a portable bed which was not at all suitable.
We spoke to the hotel staff and asked if it was possible to have a room with three beds in it and they said that they could not accommodate that request.

Can you please email the hotel and let them know that we will not be staying at the Berajaya hotel on our return trip. Please reply to us confirming that the booking has been cancelled.
