I had left my son in the room and came back late (3am). I could not wake him up. Asked for a spare key but my son had latched the door. Finally, the staff sent a maintenance staff to remove the latch and let me in. Please convey my thanks to the staff concerned. (My son slept through all this!) I would suggets you provide a broadband excess for every room. That would have made the stay perfect.

I finally got a knock on the door at 11pm offering me of all things....a towel!
