Recommendation: By Mr.Hans Nooijen  Netherlands Our hotel room was pretty new, clean and very nicely located with partial sea view. The prompt shuttle service between room and main building was convenient.
most impressive was the location of the hotel, nicely integrated with the tropical ... forest, were the sounds of birds and monkeys created a special atmosphere. it is also conveneiently located to make different trips over the island.
the choice of restaurants was sufficient, the quality of the food excellent for an acceptable price. The service of staff in the hotel and the different restaurants was excellent. The spa facilities are really great.
Recommendation:  By Mr.amin sapawi  United Kingdom Level of services can be improved. Facilities were there but not well maintained. The tennis courts looked poorly, the karaoke lounge was there but not functional, the dart board was there but with broken darts, etc. After been to the carribeans, there's ... a lot that the hotel/resort can pick up in terms of best practices, in terms of party organisers, event coordinators, sports facilitators etc. I could give more ideas on this if you are interested. For a rm450 a night, i expect a lot more, compared to hotels in kl, in terms of immaculateness. The mattress is quite hard and the whole mattress shook when i tossed and turned in the bed.
