early in the morning 0600 hrs 4 june there was no water supply after 30 mins very little dark and rusty water. unable to aaplly wuduk and take bath at the ground floor entrance. have addressed to your staff at receptionist no rebet given due to inconvenience to me, at least 20% as other hotels such as Thistle, Mutiara as normal i'm staying on my business trip. the newspaper at the waiting desk poorly manage , by 1400 hrs 4th and 5 th june not available at the site. only chinese newspaper available. hotel should provide shuttle small van services dedicated to customer to pekan kuah at appropriate time 0900, 1200,1500,2000 hrs.

In general, this hotel is value for money I would say. Except that house keeping needs to be improved as there wasn't anyone to pick up the calls most of the times. Room is clean and breakfast is good.

Bella Vista is good for business purpos or family outing but if you want to romance or want pass your time in beach then try for another hotel witch one is in main beach. It is far from main beach in Langkawi (Almost 25 K.M.). If you select this hotel then must you will rent a car. Beutiful location and out look is good distance from main road. So you may face a problem to get a taxi. Hotel arrange taxi but they charged all most double. They can provide a gateman who will help the guists to carry their baggages.

The staff were friendly and helpfull. As I am not a frequent traveller to Langkawi I need direction fromthe Hotel staff and were shown accordingly. Location of the hotel is ideal as near the town area. Breakfast were good enough.
