The woman on reception, although polite, was not very helpful although the other staff were. Also, after explaining I have a disability, I found that the bathroom had no handrails and so could not take a bath. also my towel had not been changed during the 4 days I stayed there. The carpet under the bed legs or wheels was torn. The bedspread had stains on it. The entire room can only be described as extremely shabby.

No shower head in the bath area. Football Season, I requested for a rm with Tv, but i didn't get it.

The room I had was on top floor and very calm and fine.

hotel is very quiet, but also only no tea/coffee making facilities on the room.

Please repair our radios...

The staff at check-in were most helpful. Accomodated us although we arrived before "official" checking in time. Bedspreads were not quite that clean

I had expected tea and coffee making facilities in the room as is customary in every other B&B I have ever stayed in. insuffcient blankets, bedding was not clean and had congealed fluids on one of them

Waiting for the single shower room to be available in the morning was the only drawback. The carpet needed changing, but the room is quite OK.

The staff were very friendly and took the time to give me directions, maps, suggestions and help about what to do for my holiday. Breakfast was of a very high standard and the place had a nice comfortable feeling. I was in a double room with my own bathroom and it was comfortable and very clean.
