In my experience with travelling to varous different cities, even 3 star hotels have provided staff to assist in this aspect and also show the guest to the rooms. I was very puzzled why the Sentosa Spa resort had actually not provided this service. I enjoyed the high ceiling but felt that tooth brushing should be provided for rather than me having to request for them.

Nice, spacious room.
