Very convenient for me as I was attending a function at the hotl. The frontline desk staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Room is rather small as there were two persons occupying it.

Good Bed

The swimmingpool is a big asset It's a bit oldfashion, but everything works well.

Fresh milk would have been nice in out tea.

Very nice and helpful staff. Only 3 min walk to Tanjong Beach (imo the best on Sentosa). Really beautiful, calming architecture, Lotus flower ponds etc..Live Jazz Trio every night. But: All kinds of catering (restaurant, room service) unreasonable expensive, but only fair quality; except Cliff Restaurant: expensive and good. All in all a nice stay, just prepare to dine outside. We upgraded to a suite. Bed rather hard. Air condition freezing cold or not working, nearly impossible to adjust. Nice wooden interior design of the room.

We had a great ambience and enjoyed our stay so much. We are sorry that we could only stay there for one night. There seemed to be water under the floor of the bath room.

not enough chairs 0r beds at the swimmingpool. and some more books and newspapers in the shop some more items in the bathroom, not only one but two showergels for example

Coffee, Tea & Milk

The quality of the food was not good enough for the type of establishment. It was also pricy for what it was.

We especially liked the fact that the Hotel is not an intimidating skyscraper. We felt like the hotel was very comfortable & did not feel overcrowded even though there were many staying there. Wonderful accomodation with very freindly staff.

Aircon was too cold and could not really be adjusted.

I was very disappointed that I and my friend, both ladies, were left to carry our baggages to our rooms by ourselves just after I had checked in. In my experience with travelling to varous different cities, even 3 star hotels have provided staff to assist in this aspect and also show the guest to the rooms. I was very puzzled why the Sentosa Spa resort had actually not provided this service. I enjoyed the high ceiling but felt that tooth brushing should be provided for rather than me having to request for them.

The lounge closed a bit too early. it's a really pity that the bathroom window can't be open.

Very friendly staff Room service was quick and efficient and so was the cleaning up of rooms.
