The service was very good. Locati9on is excellent. The room is clean. Yhe only negetive thing is the lift, because it is very slow.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It is compact--but what isn't in Europe! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The open bar is great in the evening. Our room had a sitting area which made it the same size as an American hotel room. The bathroom was great as it was more normal sized as compared to other places we stayed in Europe. The tea and scones was a treat in the afternoon. Room service was prompt and the food was hot! Location of this hotel is great-it is right around the corner from Harrods in a cul de sac but is very quiet--which is important if you are staying in a city...as it can be quite loud. Also, the tube was nearby and Buckingham Palace is within walking distance.

For us, as Americans, the pound was quite steep but feel this hotel contributed to our wonderful stay in London. It was refreshing to come back to the hotel to smiling faces from the hotel staff.

Overall, we liked it a lot and would go back and stay there if we ever get back to London.

Great hotel, good amenities, felt right at home, good location, fair price. Would recommend to friends for sure. Staff very friendly and easy to talk with.

At some point the service desk was not manned, which meant that we could get our roomkey, but so could anyone else . . . I missed a trouser press and an elevator to the fourth flour (from the third)

A very comfortable and pleasant stay - I would use the hotel again.
