We stayed one night in April 2011. Location is superb, at the northern end of the long stretch of the beautiful beach at Pentai Cenang. Quieter than further down. The restaurant is definitely a must, great steak sandwiches!! The pool is small but nicely secluded from the mid-day heat. We really enjoyed ourselves there, the only slight downer was the bed, very soft mattress which caused a bit of a hassle the next day. The rooms though are fine, no TV but not needed because it's on a beach! Overall, a really good experience and I would recommend it for sure.

The hotel positioned right on the beach was fantastic. The casualness made it possible to relax and enjoy the locality.

The staff were fabulous! The food was excellent - prices of food and alchohol were reasonable also. The rooms were clean and well serviced. Unlike so many other places we have stayed at, we got such a wonderful feeling of NOT being squeezed for every possible penny, infact, it was quite the opposite.

The rooms met our needs, although not plush. The bathrooms let the rooms down somewhat, but were clean and hygienic.

The resort in general is basic, but basic with all the necessities to make a wonderful family or other holiday.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner on the beach! Sand between your toes, sunsets devine, magnificent views, truly a slice of heaven.

These people have got the balance right of price and delivery. Highly recomended for those happy with an excellent 3 star experience.

We had a superb time and should we go back to Langkawi, we will stay here again.

Beach Garden Resort is a friendly place to stay with its good location for food, shopping, leisure as well as reasonable price. My husband and me had enjoyable days there for our vacation. Undoubtedly, we would like to choose it next time when we visit Langkawi and will recommend to our friends who are going to Langkawi.

I found this hotel from Tripadvisor. After staying, I agree
with the viewers. This hotel is good! It's just a step to the beach, and in front of the hotel, there is a good seafood restaurant. The price is reasonable and taste is OK. But. we found that the hot water was not heated so well, also annoying one of restaurant staff, maybe becasue we're from Indonesia? Thanks for the receptionis for their hospitality.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay as the location was brilliant(right on the beach and near to local amenities, the food served at the Beach Garden restaurant was good and the staff were nice. I was really disappointed with the bathroom and on arrival, that really put me off. But as my stay continued, I was happy that everything else was ok. Now I've been to Langkawi, I appreciate too, that the Beach Garden is very reasonable for what it is. Langkawi seems to have expensive or cheap hotels that aren't very nice. Beach Garden is very reasonable and quite nice overall! The room was basic but nice and clean, however I was very dissapointed with the bathroom which was long overdue for a refurbishment - other guests I spoke to agreed with this.. The tiles deperately at least needed regrouting, there was no shower curtain around the shower so the water sprayed everywhere when you showered and the towels supplied were old and stiff.

Breakfasts were exzcellent. Bathroom was most disssapointing. It was old, no curtains around shower, and very old and ineed of moderisation , and the room itself was very dark.

Room was clean and service ok. We had only an extra bed for third person which was not so confortable but in general we had a very good stay

I enjoyed my stay so much last year I booked again to go this year. The service is the best I have ever experienced. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are very basic but to be honest you are never in the room so it is fine. the water heater was broken for the first 4 days so we had no hot water. We asked to move rooms but due to the smallness of the complex there were no free rooms. We were not compensated in any way which was dissapointing

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who places more importance on the ambience than facilities. This hotel suits people who really want to get away from the hustle and bustle - there is no TV in the rooms - which I did not feel was a problem at all as there is so much to do in Langkawi. This resort was nice and simple. The room itself was clean, however, the air conditioning unit was quite loud. In addition, the shower did not have a shower cutain, so you have to be careful! The staff at this resort were great, they were helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Of course, the food was also great - this resort is well known for it's food and the restaurant was busy all the nights we were there.

Excellent food. Compliments to the chef! Friendly and accomadating staff. Only twin single beds were available at check in, so we were happy when we were upgraded to a family room.

Rooms dont have privat terrace we miss them little bit, pool is small but you dit there for cooling and sea is close. Atmosphere is really peaceful, relaxin. No crouwds, enough sunbeds for all customers. Air-con did't give much cool air to room, but it did'n really matter, because rooms are located in shady garden so they won't get hot and there was fan on room.

The staffs of Beach Garden Resort Langkawi have very good personality. They are amiable and helpful. While checking out, an honest cleaner who have found my jewellery which accidently left in the room , returned it to me at the lobby. The cleanliness of towels needs to be improved.

ok It would be much better if the surrounding area is mosquito free and the room lighting is well lit.

We had the best stay here so much that we extended our holiday in Langkawi. Definately the place to come for a nice relaxing holiday on the beach. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and provided a lovely realed atmosphere. Will definately be back.

The free breakfast is very big and delicious! Wonderful! Room service is nice.
