When I asked for another room, my request was refused. Instead they sprayed everything with a pesticide, and I spent my last days in a room that smelled like awful chemicals.

We did have a neighbour in next apartment robbed but they had left their front door unlocked. It caused some excitement and we were very careful about security from then on. We had a broken light in bedroom it simply fell out, the receptionist (female) was not very polite when I reported it as she said all rooms are checked on day of arrivals. However, my husband was just watching tv and heard an odd sound and on investigating, there it was hanging out of the ceiling. It was fixed later that day so all ended well.

I highly recommend this hotel for any traveller who values; comfort, friendliness, value for money and good food.
