Booking was a liitle confised. Listed as a "Double/Twin Room" - I wanted a Double room.

My room had ants all over it. When I asked for another room, my request was refused. Instead they sprayed everything with a pesticide, and I spent my last days in a room that smelled like awful chemicals.

nice friendly staff, rapid airport pick up service. We only stayed one night but it was very pleasant. Attractive, large room. Nothing fancy but perfectly nice

On departure staff told us about the shuttle to the airport we appreciated this as we had large cases. We did have a neighbour in next apartment robbed but they had left their front door unlocked. It caused some excitement and we were very careful about security from then on. We had a broken light in bedroom it simply fell out, the receptionist (female) was not very polite when I reported it as she said all rooms are checked on day of arrivals. However, my husband was just watching tv and heard an odd sound and on investigating, there it was hanging out of the ceiling. It was fixed later that day so all ended well.

Glass in the shower door had a crack in it and was possible to cut yourself.

What a great hotel with fanatastic people who try their hardest to make your stay special. I highly recommend this hotel for any traveller who values; comfort, friendliness, value for money and good food.

Attached restaraunt was excellent.

Restaurant was excellent and all of the staff were friendly & helpful. the toilet door was broken & locked you in if you closed it - not ideal when travelling with a 3 year old!!

We would like to say "thank you" to Martina for her courtesy and professional services on the day we arrived.

Airport connection excellent service but would benefit from someone who is able to lift luggage. Shower room would benefit from an extractor fan.

Although only a cot was requested for our toddler, both a cot and a bed were provided, so we could choose.

Excellent rooms, in an apartment, and very good service all round
