Lovely hotel, relaxed and well looked after. Rooms are great with plenty of room and very clean. Staff were very helpful at all times. Much nicer than big skyscraper hotels.

Collection from the Airport following a phone call to the hotel was swift and efficient.

Hotel staff were very helpful. The suite was more than acceptable, bedroom, bathroom with separate living area containing 2 single beds, fridge and table and chairs. No comfortable armchairs in the suites, so do not plan to spend too much time relaxing reading or watching TV in your room.

The hotel was about a twenty minutes walk from Cairns centre via the main road or slightly longer via the seaside route. Restaurant was good without being spectacular. There is a pub (#### and Bull) serving food 1 block north, worth a visit.

My advice to anyone visiting Cairns without a car is to check the public transport. We left it a bit late to check the bus routes but did take a bus to the beaches, which stopped at the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway.

If you plan it right you maybe able to catch the Kuranda Scenic Railway from Cairns railway station to Kuranda then take the Skyrail to the The Caravonica Terminal and then catch a bus back to Cairns. Check it out as I did not do the trip and the web sites I have looked out mention organized tours with no mention of “ do it yourself” using public transport.

We had no problems so that is a very big positive. There was noise very early in the laundry nearby and the person who booked us in could have been a little more concise.

Staff were very friendly. Although clean, the linen is pretty worn.

We got an upgrade to a two-bed-app.

A bit out of town but a pleasant walk in along the promenade. Plenty of space.

Great location. Was probably the best hotel we stayed in, in the whole of our Australia trip! Fantastic room, the bed was a bit small though!

centrally located easy acces to city center, many restaurants and shops just round the corner also 4miles beach very near ideal for running or just enjoying the beach. pool and bbc area very nice everybody was very helpful very roomy, light and modern furnished, chairs and beds very comfortable

Perfect location, just far enough away from the city, but close enough to walk. Very quiet hotel. Very well kept, clean, excellent maid service.

A few maintenance issues were notified to the front desk on departure. Hopefully they have been attended to. Very enjoyable stay.

The hotel was great. They upgraded our room when they had a shortage of 2 bedroom apartments which was very nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The airport service was great. The proximity to the Esplanade was very good. Would recommend to others definitely.

People were very friendly & helpful with info for local activities /tours. No Complaints furnishings were basic ,however adequate for our needs. No complaints
