I am really impressed with Bayview Hotel - the courtesy of the staff - from the registration, housekeeping, restaurant and more. Security is also good. The rooms are comfortable (in fact bigger then some of the 4-5 star hotels that I have stayed in Singapore), quiet and clean. If anybody were to complain about the hotel then he or she are just born with negative vibes - so staff of Bayview don't lose any sleep over such characters. Keep up the good work. pretty clean, good location ,not bad size room for singapore ,7-11 next door ,close to rail. breakfast not bad just the cost of singapore hotels very expensive for what you get

SOME INDIAN FOOD ON NEED BASIS,

Excellent Location, walking distance to Singapura Plaza and with 7/11 convenience store and a food court just a few shops away. Easy to get cabs right out front. Hotel is clean and modern. Staff, although a bit care-free were friendly and helpful. The gym is tiny and only one machine works, but rooftop pool, location and the price make it worthwhile!

Our stay in Bayview is generally good.. Were glad that the hotel is clean and staff are courteous-specially Widi and Putra...The free internet connection is a sure plus factor..( Mrs.V.Rourke)

I spent three days and two nights at the hotel. The location was pretty good, rooms were spacious according to the price and location. What I appreciated the most was the attitude of staffs; they were extremely professional and seemed to put all requests of consumers in the first place, they tried to meet each need I proposed and they did very well. They were friendly and reliable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and will stay at Bayview next time I visit Singapore.

Hotel is in an excellent location. Within 5 mins. walking distance to Dhoby Ghaut MRT, 2 mins. to bus stops, 10 mins. walking distance to Orchard Road and if you are Catholic within walking distance to three churches.

Most staff were courteous and helpful most of the time.

The breakfast was middling to average.

Will stay here again.

The staff were very helpful and the location of the hotel was very well suited for our needs we feel that the bar and lounge could have been more user friendly but over all for our short stay a good choise.

Generally, the hotel and the facilities were all right.

The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful I stayed during Ramadhan and the night chef was very helpful and provided us with our suhoor (early breakfast) no problem. Also for muslims there is a masjid about 2 mins walk away which is great! The staff on reception are very helpful also which makes all the difference. I recommend this hotel 100% !!

Good range/variety of breakfast - eat as much as you like! Did not try the other meals as there was a Kopi Tiam and other restaurants nearby.
Adequate facilities and room size within Singapore hotels price range. Third bed was a fold-up seat/chair - not comfortable even for a child, not what was expected.
Almost all hotels in Singapore are very pricey for what they are. Bayview's rooms are satisfactory/acceptable, compared to what we have stayed in before.
Wireless IT was in the process of being set up while we were there - staff did not have sufficient knowledge/experience on setting systems up as yet. My laptop was picking wireless network signals from other nearby hotels. They did their best to help and we got there eventually.

Hotel's location is very central. 5 minutes walk to Dhoby Ghout Station, 10 minutes walk to Orchard Road, 15 minutes walk to Suntec and Esplanade, 30 minutes walk to Merlion Park , 45 minutes walk to Chinatown/Clark Quey. Room is clean but small. Bathroom shows some sign of age. Housekeeping only fixes bed and bath and didn't bother to wash used coffee ceramic cups. Free in-room internet broadband connection is a big plus.

Breakfast very good and full value for everyone. In my opinion to cold, not possible to lower the air-condition.

Overall the room was of quality and standard for the price paid

The location was excellent for what we wanted to do. It was approx 10 minute walk to orchard road and the same to little india. Getting taxi's from the hotel was easy which made the rest of the city easy to get to. The room was excellent, big enough for two people to live comfortably for the week

on arrival given a double instead of requested twin- not appropriate for 3 people and was not clean. also extremely cold and when complained staff very rude and hung up. Happily all was rectified following day with good bedding and very clean.

It would have been good to have free rollaway beds for young children
