Reviewer: tan boon hee Date of review: 17 November 2005 Recommends this hotel: Neutral Room Hotel Facilities 4 Bed 3 Ambience 4 Cleanliness 4 Service 2 Room Size 5 Location 5 Amenities 3 Value for Money 3 the receptionist is very POOR.I am a local people so i do talk to them in malay when check in.but they refused and talk to me in english, never mind, but then she talk to her collouegue malay guy in Malay.then back to me in English.I felt that this malay gal are very terrible"something like look down Local people" and not respect me"even not smilling,when she smile also very smile like unhappy with me.this is so terrible for me. Bath room not clean,only room clean.I remember that in E- order, i do request for a 1 big Bed, but at there i was get a 2 single Bed.very disappointed.

Rooms are pretty good would have been better if there were pipe music system.

Beach and sea polluted, also not desirable for water sports and swimming. Need to reduce local pollution. There are far better resorts around that give much better value for money.

I choose this hotel because I wanted to work out daily but found that there was no treadmill, free weights or weight machines but only old "vintage" of no use.
