THIS IS OUR SECOND VISIT TO THIS HOTEL. CANNOT FAULT IT. WE HAD A DELUXE HILLVIEW ROOM THIS TIME ALTHOUGH THE BATHROOM WAS NOT AS LUXURIOUS AS THE DELUXE SIDE/SEAVIEW IT WAS STILL MORE THAN ADEQUATE. VERY PROMPT SERVICE FROM ALL THE STAFF. I LIKE THE LOCATION AS IT FORCES YOU TO HAVE A GOOD WALK EACH NIGHT. THE BUST STOPS ARE VERY CLOSE AND RUN REGUARLY. WILL GO BACK AGAIN.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. No complaints at all which was good as we had baan travelling for 4 weeks. rOOMS WERE A GOOD SIZE WITH PLEASANT OUTLOOK AND GOOD AMENTIES

The interior decorations needs to be improve and colour at lobby area. The rooms are large and comfortable. Clean too. Suggest to have more non-smoking rooms since couldn't get non-smoking.

Despite the numerous rooms, can only find two lifts servicing the guests Room is of very comfortable size and has a good view

Just one comment; the cleaners should not throw things that are in the waste bin, even though these are things that are normally thrown away - I had an empty water bottle that I had wanted to reuse and was on the table.

Beautiful hotel..we actually dint go around penang much coz we wanted to spend maximum time in the hotel...would definetely want to come back..!!!Keep it up!!! Very nice and spacious rooms..and good balconies!!!

Please look into the cleanliness of the swimming pool water. Please look into providing tooth brush & paste for the convenient of the guest

Excellent service, staff; wonderful pool.

The beach for this hotel is not satisfactory. Efforts should be made to clean up the beach area and have more activities. Bath area needs to be redesigned as it is pretty old fashioned.

the receptionist is very POOR.I am a local people so i do talk to them in malay when check in.but they refused and talk to me in english, never mind, but then she talk to her collouegue malay guy in Malay.then back to me in English.I felt that this malay gal are very terrible"something like look down Local people" and not respect me"even not smilling,when she smile also very smile like unhappy with me.this is so terrible for me. Bath room not clean,only room clean.I remember that in E- order, i do request for a 1 big Bed, but at there i was get a 2 single Bed.very disappointed.

Hotel is very good but there were lots of flys and insects in the garden as well in the restaurant, May be you can not do any thing about it. Rooms are pretty good would have been better if there were pipe music system.

The food was not very good at the hotel, the eating area was always dirty..food on the floor.a lot of the time the food was COLD when it should have been served hot..and sometimes food tasted like it was re-heated....we found another place to eat

Swimming pool was dirty and not desirable to swim in. Beach and sea polluted, also not desirable for water sports and swimming. Need to reduce local pollution. There are far better resorts around that give much better value for money.

Extremely poor gym. I choose this hotel because I wanted to work out daily but found that there was no treadmill, free weights or weight machines but only old "vintage" of no use.
