Hope the management takes this feedback positively. We have stayed in other resorts in PD, but unfortunately this time its something we will not want to repeat. Although Staff were helpful and patient, may be for fear of complaints. The residents & some guest flout the rules that are clearly displayed. There is no enforcement, proper control with the rules in using the pool. I only managed a half hour in the pool peacefully in the late evening. The Gym., really needs an overhaul. Facilities are primitive. The family premium room comes with a TV but without a remote control. When inquired, was informed it was standard. I guessed its a primitive room. The Aircond unit at the balcony was dripping water. The Aircond is not centralise, hence every time need to power ON individually after a time out of the room. The Attic room was "uncomfortable" after dark.

For first, im so thankful for the Hotel can fulfill my request. Its is a seaview room, the scene is very beautiful. i really enjoy it. But, just got some little friends(ants) will share foods. Wat u can do is, keep your food nicely... :)

Generally things looked like they needed a good decorate and clean Room OK but very basic re furniture and room generally looked 'Tired'
