The receptionists were very friendly and courteous.They dealt with our requests for shuttles/taxis/our bill promptly and efficently.The hotel was very convenient for us to go & see the Monet exhibition,Te Papa, out for meals, the Karori /Zelandia reserve.

Front desk service was invariably excellent. Dining room service at breakfast could have been better. Meal was good though. Much appreciated being able to open the window in both bedroom and bathroom.
