By RER/ Subway (one ticket costs about EUR 1.40) :
Take the RER B towards Denfert-Rochereau until station Chatelet-les-Halles. Then, take subway line 1 towards La Defense.
Stop at station George V (situated 5 minutes walking distance far from the hotel). From the subway station, take rue de Bassano until number 15.
