good location, friendly staff & nice hotel

we stayed at this hotel on last December 2007, the hotel is very very very near from ear's court tube station. This hotel is offer a comfortable room. When we were there, there were winter time, the heater was working wery well, the bathroom is clean and the hot water also was working well.

The Staff are friendly people and the hotel also near cafe's, Burger King, M&S food store and Boot's drug store.

I will surely back there when we visit London again.

Friendly cooperative staff who went the extra mile to help. Variable standard of rooms in this hotel. In need of a refurbishment.

Rm 405 had some loose tiles in the bathroom which could cause an accident also the door in the bathroom does not latch
