The Restaurant
Saffron
Saffron is the ideal place for a romantic heart to heart that is
stylish and cozy, overlooking a beautiful bay and the South China
Sea. Its authentic Thai cuisine, local specialties and fantastic sea
views make this the finest and most exclusive restaurant in Bintan.
It opens from 6.30pm - 11pm.
The Cove
Enjoy authentic Mediterranean cuisine at the popular seaside eatery,
the Cove. All the traditional favorites are prepared to perfection
in the open kitchen and served al fresco on the verandah or in the
comfort of indoor air-conditioned area. Enter the Cove for delicious
pasta, pizza and bruschetta from 11.30am - 3pm and 6.30pm - 11pm.
Treetops
Dine in the cooling shade of imposing giants of tropical trees at
the Treetops with an inspiring view of the sea and the rock edge
pool view. Buffet breakfasts, snacks, salads and sandwiches are
served throughout the day from 7.00am to 10.30pm.
Dinner on the Rocks
Dinner on dramatic rocks on the beachside, where a personal chef and
waiter orchestrate dinner amidst the rhythmic sounds of the sea. The
service is available daily from 6.00pm onwards with the weather
permitting.
Dinner at 8
Dinner at 8 is available daily from 6.00pm with personal waiter and
chef preparing an assortment of gourmet cuisine under the stars down
at the signature 8th hole of Laguna Bintan Golf Club. Guests are
able to enjoy the intricate dinner adventure like no other with the
South China Sea in your sights and again, weather permitting.
Dinner of the Legend
This themed beach dinner extravaganza for two feature a rice table
of appetizer-styled dishes. The epicurean fest is accompanied by the
reading of an Indonesian folk tale, the Legend of the Violet Rainbow
Goddess. Dinner of the Legend is available daily from 6.00pm
onwards, weather permitting and with reservation 24 hours prior to
dinner.
Massage of the Senses
Captivate your taste buds with this delectable pairing of touch and
taste, which pays homage to fine dining in every sense. A body
massage in your exclusive cabana serves to engage the appetite, as a
sizzling gourmet performance commences over a slow flame. Asian
accentuated dishes, such as tamarind-marinated carpaccio of veal
tenderloin, provide irresistible flourish to a night of pure
decadence. Massage of the senses is available daily from 6pm
onwards, weather permitting.
Reflection
Hosted on the calm surface of the Rock Edge Pool at Banyan Tree
Bintan, The Reflection is designed to create an unforgettable dining
experience for couples. As dusk sets, a private table for two is
built over a floating platform on the pool where you and your loved
one will dine amidst the reflections of majestic trees with an
Asian-accented five-course continental awaits.
