I found the location good for where I wanted to travel to in Bali. I thought the hotel was somewhat rundown though. However it was a pleasure that it was quiet. I mainly had room service as I was travelling on my own and this was excellent and always delivered with a smile from the kitchen. The added addition of having shipping department helped me enormously with bringing goods home and wrapping. Basically I thought the staff were wonderful - but the Hyatt needs an upgrade! The room I was given was damp and needed a good air - possibly because it was on the ground floor which I had requested. I arrived at 10.00p.m. The sheets on the bed were clean (but not properly as obviously the laundry had been unable to remove stains and the duvet was badly stained. The service by porter and chamberman was good and extremely trustworthy on one occasion I had forgotten to lock my safe and I was reminded of this.

We enjoyed staying at Bali Hyatt for 14 nights. Only positive experience. We felt home.
