The Hotel is conveniently located at the intersection of Rue de Bac and St. Germain, which is accessable by bus and subway. It is within walking distance to all the attractive sightseeing spots. The Hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor which serves good food. The staff are very courteous and very helpful.

The location is ideal, the staff are great, they couldn't do enough for you, very accomodating to your every request. The room was very comforable, clean, airy and the ensuite bath was very clean.

Management is terrible. Cancelled our room. name misspelled,even after I called on phone to assure reservation. Elevator too small for 2 people with luggage.

I made a reservation for 2 people for 6 nights. My friend could only stay for 5 nights yet the hotel refused to change the rate to a single room rate for the last night even though I requested a single room rate for the last night when I checked in. I thought that was unfair.
