i booked the hotel on line. The bboking was efficient and good. Anyway, i was asking check in the early morning because my wife, arriving from italy at 6 in the morning with a 3 month baby, need to have a room immediate arrived in the ... hotel.
unlucky, when arrived none took care about this matter and my wife got the room only at 11.
we had to wait for tow hours. If you were writing to me by mail room was not available immediately, i was not rushing and taking my time.
so, we had to wait for two hours, and this, with a baby, it is not easy especially after a intercontinental flight. Above of that, all was ok but a special reward to the floor personnel always available and ready to help.
Recommendation:  By .Susan Braganza Excellent location for sightseeing and getting a true feel of the real hong kong.
