The bboking was efficient and good. anyway, i was asking check in the early morning because my wife, arriving from italy at 6 in the morning with a 3 month baby, need to have a room immediate arrived in the hotel. Unlucky, when arrived none took care about this matter and my wife got the room only at 11. We had to wait for tow hours. If you were writing to me by mail room was not available immediately, i was not rushing and taking my time. So, we had to wait for two hours, and this, with a baby, it is not easy especially after a Intercontinental flight. Above of that, all was ok but a special reward to the Floor personnel always available and ready to help.

Food good, room though small, comfortable and clean.

Fantastic location to many places and attractions, ie. shopping, transportation, ferry terminal, etc. The staff is extremely courteous and cordial...top notch hospitality!!

It was a little small but served our purposes very well.

Eventhough we have indicated to have non-smoking room but during the entire stay, we are not given. Room is rather small compared to some other hotel of the same price range such as Nathan Hotel, Majestic or Royal Pacific.
