HOTEL IS IN A CONVENIENT LOCATION FOR BUSINESS AND PLEASURE.

Great location, would have been better if i had been given a room with a double bed. i was told the hotel was being renovated and no rooms with a double bed were available.

i booked the hotel on line. The bboking was efficient and good. anyway, i was asking check in the early morning because my wife, arriving from italy at 6 in the morning with a 3 month baby, need to have a room immediate arrived in the hotel.
Unlucky, when arrived none took care about this matter and my wife got the room only at 11.
We had to wait for tow hours. If you were writing to me by mail room was not available immediately, i was not rushing and taking my time.
So, we had to wait for two hours, and this, with a baby, it is not easy especially after a Intercontinental flight. Above of that, all was ok but a special reward to the Floor personnel always available and ready to help.

Excellent location for sightseeing and getting a true feel of the real Hong Kong.
Food good, room though small, comfortable and clean.

The BP International is a lovely hotel. Fantastic location to many places and attractions, ie. shopping, transportation, ferry terminal, etc.

The staff is extremely courteous and cordial...top notch hospitality!!

Near MRT station, easy to go to the airport by shuttle bus to the Kowloon MRT Station and take AirportExpress (MRT) to airport.

the hotel in general is okay. i am just looking forward to that day wherein they will have a spa and pool plus gym. that would be great the room was not that big but the ambience, cleanliness and vista all made up for it. plus the comfort of the bed is excellent.

For the cost of the hotel it gives an excellent location The room was bright, very clean and had good views. It was a little small but served our purposes very well.

No enough Non-smoking rooms. Eventhough we have indicated to have non-smoking room but during the entire stay, we are not given. Room is rather small compared to some other hotel of the same price range such as Nathan Hotel, Majestic or Royal Pacific.

It's a pity some of your check in counter clerks were cold to whoever did not speak English. Speak of those commercials you put on media to propaganda your city, I'll try to cut down my visits to HK. You guys really need to equip every room with internet access for free. I was surprise to learn a Hong Kong hotel charges customers on that like a 3rd world hotel does.

The main entrance was under repair. It was not as posh as my first 2 stays in BP Int'l Hotel. Bus transfer from airport to hotel and vise versa was really accessible and easy to find. Booking through HolidayCity is really reliable and worry-free. The room was clean and quiet but it was too small you can hardly walk around without bumping into your roommate and some luggage. They have no available adapter for camera and phone chargers. I have to use a transformer (just 1 unit for the whole hotel) so we were not able to take pictures on our last day in Hong Kong.

The room was compact but well designed and very comfortable.

I scored low on "Facility" due to construction going on. Surely, it will improve upon completion.
