A pleasant short-stint stay indeed with beautiful manicured garden, great swimming pools, lovely peacocks roaming free and friendly staff. The only minus point is on the the quality of food being served at Avillion PD. My daughters and I sampled a Picola pizza and a plate of char koay teow at Crow's Nest for late lunch but we felt both dishes are lacking in taste and portion compared with the steep price we had to pay. At night, we ordered room service for a carbonara spaghetti and a hamburger but sad to say we still felt hungry after that. The food again tasted below par and the portions were small. The next morning, breakfast was good but I think the hotel's chef would really need to improve on the fluffiness of the roti canai and the dhal curries. Your nasi lemak sambal also need to be taken to the next level as it was really tasteless but I love the Teochew porridge very much. Apart from the food issues, I hope to come back to Avillion PD again sometime soon to try out the Avi Spa experience. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avillion. A beautiful setting with an exceptionally friendly staff made for a very pleasant stay. The adult pool, set quietly away from the kids and regular pool was a welcome escape on a very full (busy) weekend. Thanks for everything! We have already recommended it to many of our friends.

The place have improved tremendously since I was there around 5 years ago. Was impressed by the gardens and the infinity pool for adults......

The beach area is also much improved and clean.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Only compliant I have the queue to check in was very long......due to the festive period I guess

When I arrived there was a mix up over the bed type which I requested. After checking into the first room within 30 minutes I was asked to change to a better room - this was ok but I would prefer to have sorted it out at check-in.

The staff were very friendly and tried to make it a pleasant stay. The location was ok although there is not much to do close by so a car is a necessity.

The food was presented very well but quality was average.

My purpose to visit was for a complete rest - and I achieved that. It is certainly a nice environment to relax. Sitting on the balcony was a treat and the sea view window bed and open shower were pleasant features. The concept at Avillion is very good.

We have a wonderful stay at the hotel. Both my kids (11years and 7years) enjoyed themselves. Excellent staff service considering the fact that its was super peak seasons - Christmas Holiday. The only complaint is that we have to park our car outside the hotel area, but still its a small price to pay for the memorable holiday. Highly recommended.

Very good in all areas except that there are not enough restaurants around for a wider selection of F & B.

The hotel had a very beautiful landscape which is not only eye catching but well maintained. I was attending a friends wedding dinner there and found out that the staff and even the security guards were very helpful. Cheerful faces and good service is what every guests look forward too. I am not very sure on the name of this security personnel who offered help to us setting up for the dinner but i am sure i will remember him when i see him again.


Before I end, the carpark being across the road is not a bad idea but crossing the road is very dangerous. Cars come at bullet speed sometimes. Try to do something there...a zebra crossing, traffic lights or something. Safety is important too..

Parking is not good. Only given to foreigner instead of malaysian. Felt iritated at the security, as if i don't have the capacity to stay here. Only two single bed. no queen or king size bed

room is a bit dusty.thats all.it wasn't that comfortable for me cos i have sinus.
