Recommendation: By Mr.Emmanuel Pratap Australia Thanks for giving me a chance to let you know my views on your hotel. Well i have stayed with you under the previous management few times and i was very happy and pleased with the service i got then, and i have recommended a number of my freinds and ... family to stay with you in the past.
on my first day i was very disappointed when i called the reception to tell them that the hot water jug and the microwave oven was not working, the guy who answered the phone said, easy, no worries we weill sort it out, this was about 4 pm when i wanted to have some tea, then i called again at 6 30 pm, and this time a lady answered the phone and she said she will send someone to have a look, no one came until after 8 15 pm when an attendent came to give me my b fast for the next day, i told him the problem and he fixed it in an instant, i asked him if someone had highlighted this to him earlier and to my amazement he said no, he opened the fuse box and fixed the problem, meanwhile i went without tea. I would have expected that this basic service was available for me.
secondly the washing machine was very difficult to work out for me, been an educated person i feel i should be intelligent enough to work that out but i couldnt, so i did not do my washing, i did place my the washing powder and my clothes in but had no clue as to how to operate it. i didnt bother calling reception to ask about this as i got no where with them that same day with my first issue.
thirdly at checkout there was an australian lady citing that her car was broken into and that the hotel had assured sercure parking, this i found ineteresting how your staff dealt with this, they need inter and intra personal skills to manage difficult situation, the lady was irate and the attitude of the staff at reception was it was not their problem, i found that rather shocking and felt sorry for your guest who claimed that she will have to pay $1500 to fix the problem with car that was allegedly vandalised.
finally may i say, you go to room and go into the mid bedroom and see if you can hear a buzzing noise coming from the ceiling, itried to slepp in that room without success.
i wish you all the best.
