This was our first visit to Quebec City and the hotel helped make it a wonderful experience. The location, the ambiance and the restaurant were superb and the staff was courteous, good humored and helpful in every way (and this despite we were English speakers--from the US). Our only reservation is that older folks would do well to request a room on one of the lower floors. The climb up three steep flights of stairs to our charming third floor room was great for keeping in shape. But we quickly learned to double-check before leaving our room to make sure we had everything we needed so we didn't have to go back up again for those little forgotten items. Still, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again on our next visit. And we would recommend it highly.
