Just a comment and not really a complaint as it did not effect our visit, but the auberge has three huge stairwells to get up to the third floor where we stayed...not wheelchair accessable...that should be noted for future visitors to the Auberge..great place and right in the centre of old quebec....I highly recommend it.

We were suprised to not finding the staff when we came back from sightseeing at evening, because the hotel is connected to a store, the hotel staff is also the store straff ,when the store was closed,the staff leaved! Then we called for a long time,at last the staff answered:no internet,no hot water...
The room is small,the hotel is small.Bad experience.

The hotel was in a great location and was very quaint. We enjoyed our stay. However, the staff was almost non-existent.
