No airport bus to airport but said yes in website, i.e. taxi only! No radio and music channel in room, may be out of order.

Internet service connection is painfully slow and interrupts now and then. So if you have high expectations for this service, don't stay here. Although the room is large, the furnishings are run down and bathroom is in need of refurbishment. I am not complaining -you get what you pay for.

Location is quite good next to the ps mall ratu palaza and on the Sudirman road with easy access with transport, taxi and bus way. The hotel is reasonable pleasant, service is not bad but can be improve. I don't mind staying again if the rate charge is competitive. Bath room is ok but below average in therm of amenities and cleanliness. Can be inprove. The room is quite clean and not much to compalain with the rate charged per night when compared with other hotel with the same rate.

The Hotel has great potential with renovations and an attempt to modernize it would be excellent and they could charge more. The bed coverings were very old and stained. I would suggest they not use the at all. As well the air conditioner was malfunctioning and each time I asked that it be fixed nothing was done.

When I asked for a glass of water from the waiter at the Sanayan cafe, the waiter merely pointed to the water dispenser instead of getting me one. The original room I stayed in had a false closet. The closet door opens to a half finished closet.

VEry nice personnel. Would be nice to have a gym and swimmingpool. I might choose next time to stay at Tamarin. Floor carpet is dirty.

Good!!!! The room was well maintained and services are good. Only the complementary breakfast time should silightly be extended from 10.00a.m. to 10.30a.m. Otherwise every thing is perfect.
