If like me you didn't have a car there are not many eating places around this hotel in fact we could only find one but in saying all that the hotel was very good and the staff were very friendly The room was excellent except for the fact that I had my elderly parents with me and they didn't have a comfortable chair to sit in and the hairdryer if you could call it that, was terrible, I would suggest that guests take their own

The hotel is located perfectly for the Skybus and trams which we used frequently. The breakfast on the 4th floor was excellent value and we used it each morning. Room service was very noisy at 9.00am on Sunday morning. The bathroom was missing any form of towel rail. We would recommend a hotel style overhead towel rack with rail at the end of the shower alcove. This would allow the cleaners to place the new towels above, and an area to hang wet towels after use.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment with our daughter: a small lounging area in the partment would have been very useful Pillows were really too soft for comfort

Curtains would be more appropriate in keeping heat(afternoon sun) and light out of the room should a traveler require to sleep in.

Requested a room for 3 single adults and was given a room with a double and single bed. Hotel reluctantly gave us a room with 3 beds after we complained. Hotel staff very unfriendly, did not greet us on arrival and unhelpful when asked for directions etc.

Girls in front desk are not proactive and helpful in providing services and tour information. I stayed in Rm 905 which is not equipped with ceiling-to-floor window as promised before, but more importantly is shower room not well-facilatated at all, even without shower glass or curtain. That easily leads to flooding after shower. And to my disappointment, the room is in pretty small-sized and no table and sofa provided, really wonder the value of AUD155 for that so-called "Suites".

In my next trip to Melbourne, I will again stay in your hotel. The room was fine and had a restful ambiance. The view from the room was also good.

value was not to good but only due to F1 weekend, i would hope that normal rates would be cheaper there were not any tea bags in the room on arrival, but thats hardly a lot to deal with so no complaints

Excellent value, the staff were very helpful and went the extra mile would recommend to friends, good location ,clean fresh rooms

Disapointed there were no biscuits in the room to have with a cup of tea. Coming back to the room late then having to call reception to find there was a vending machine on the 2nd floor was a bit deflating. Everything else was fine.

NB: We paid $180 for the room for 4 people.

The room did smell of cigarette smoke, otherwise was good
